The most important thing to note here is that you can conceive anytime during the 5 days before ovulation and on ovulation day itself. Oh and by the looks of things, you don't necessarily need a BBT but I've really loved having more accurate charts. :) I got my Life Brand BBT at Shoppers Drug Mart. I change them every 3-4 months so I can rely on my temps being accurate. I don't use a new BBT until the next cycle though.. Treasury check verification system tcvs
